We are a new company "NIKKA FINE TECHNO CO.,LTD." established by merging
NAIGAI NIKKA CO., LTD. and NS COLOR TECHNO CO., LTD. on June 1, 2006,
mainly conducting business with fine and functional chemical products,
electronics-related materials, and dye for fiber processing.
NAIGAI NIKKA CO., LTD., established and fully funded by NIPPON KAYAKU CO., LTD. in 1994,
started business to mainly handle the company's fine and functional chemical products.
The company has recently spread into electronics-related materials,
functional chemical products, and the fine chemical field.
NS COLOR TECHNO CO., LTD., established in September 1947, has handled various products
such as fiber processing dyes and fiber processing agents over the years.
Taking over these company names, we will promote the business as a new company for our shareholder,
NIPPON KAYAKU CO., LTD.
We established "SHANGHAI NIKKA FINE TECHNO CO.,LTD" as a local corporation in China in February 2010.
